Important Registration Dates
January 15-February 23: Regular registration rates apply.
January 26: Hotel group rates guaranteed through this date.
February 1: All hotel cancellations and changes must be made through Maritz through this date.
February 10: Tour pre-registration deadline. Cancellations are valid and will be issued a refund until this day. No refunds will be issued after this date.
February 23: Pre-registration closes.
February 24-27: Convention on-site registration available for additional cost.
Commodity Classic registration and housing operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not guaranteed.
