Important Registration Dates
January 15: Early registration discount ends.
January 16-February 28: Regular registration rates apply.
February 3: Hotel group rates guaranteed through this date.
February 3: All hotel cancellations and changes must be made through Maritz through this date.
February 15: Tours registration deadline. Cancellations are valid and will be issued a refund until this day. After February 15, cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
February 28: Pre-registration closes.
March 1-4: Convention on-site registration available for additional cost.
Commodity Classic registration and housing operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not guaranteed.
