Ingredients
Furmano's Recipe- Chef Paul
- 3 cups Furmano's Fully Cooked Sorghum, Drained & Rinsed
- 1 cup Furmano's Fully Cooked Lentils, Drained
- 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 1/2 fluid ounces Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 fluid ounce Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Dill
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Mint
- 1 cup Red Seedless Grapes
- 1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
- As Needed Salt
- As Needed Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix together Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Garlic, Dill and Mint in a small bowl
- In a large bowl, add Sorghum, Lentils, Grapes, and Feta Cheese
- Top with dressing, and mix to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning with Salt and Pepper
