Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pearled Sorghum Flour
  • ½ cup Tapioca Starch
  • ½ cup Potato Starch
  • ½ teaspoon Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  1. Combine the pearled sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch and xanthan gum
    in a medium-sized bowl and whisk together.
  2. After it has all been combined, sift the mixture into an airtight container.
