Crunchy popped sorghum meets rich dark chocolate, dried fruits and nuts in this easy no-bake bark.

Ingredients

Main Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (roughly chopped or chips)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup popped sorghum
  • 1/2 cup nuts of your choice (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, etc)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits of your choice (cranberries, apricots, raisins, etc)
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Stir in the popped sorghum and a pinch of salt into the melted chocolate.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula to about 1/4- inch thickness
  2. Sprinkle the nuts and dried fruits evenly over the top. Gently press them in so they stick.
  3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until fully set.
  4. Once firm, break inro pieces and serve.
