- 8 oz dark chocolate (roughly chopped or chips)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup popped sorghum
- 1/2 cup nuts of your choice (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, etc)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits of your choice (cranberries, apricots, raisins, etc)
- Pinch of salt

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Stir in the popped sorghum and a pinch of salt into the melted chocolate.
Assembly Instructions
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula to about 1/4- inch thickness
- Sprinkle the nuts and dried fruits evenly over the top. Gently press them in so they stick.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until fully set.
- Once firm, break inro pieces and serve.
