To gain a better understanding of sorghum’s phytochemicals and the impact on human health, this study reviewed literature from published in the last 10 years. The research revealed grain sorghum is rich in phytochemicals and could potentially help prevent multiple diseases and positively impact existing diseases. These results indicate sorghum is a highly potential function food.
