These easy air-fried bagels are made with sorghum flour and are perfect for a gluten-free snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Main Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole grain sorghum flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Everything but the Bagel seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F. Line the basket with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  1. In a large bowl whisk together sorghum flower, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in the yogurt until dough forms. If it is too sticky, add a bit more sorghum flour, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  3. Roll each into a smooth ball
  4. Generously top with your favorite bagel topping flavors (e.g. Everything but a Bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc.)
  5. Place two bagels at a time in the air fryer basket, leaving one inch of space in between bagels.
  6. Air fry at 350°F for 11-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool slightly before icing and enjoying warm.
