Sorghum Form

A refreshing traditional cole slaw made with sorghum for an added pop.

Ingredients

  • 11⁄2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1⁄4 cup cooked whole-grain sorghum, cooled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss gently until well combined.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.
