Popped Sorghum Popper Recipe
1/2 - 1 cup
Popped Whole Grain

- 2 teaspoons oil of choice
- 1/2 cup whole grain sorghum
- Salt or seasoning of choice
- Put oil and sorghum into a "whirly popper" on high heat. Stir kernels.
Continue stirring quickly until kernels stop popping. Listen carefully!
- Pour onto sheet pan or into large bowl to cool.
- Separate popped kernels from unpopped, if desired.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt or toppings of choice.
