- 1 cup milk or desired non-dairy milk such as almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup cooked whole grain sorghum
- Toppers such as fruit, toasted coconut, toasted nuts, ground cinnamon and/or honey
- In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium-high heat or until just boiling.
- Meanwhile, transfer sorghum to serving bowl. Pour warm milk over sorghum. Top with desired toppers.
