Ingredients
7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup tahini
1 tbsp sorghum syrup
2 cups popped sorghum
Instructions
In a heatproof bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the tahini and sorghum syrup until fully combined and glossy.
Gently fold in the popped sorghum, making sure it’s evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
Line an 8 inch by 4 inch loaf pan or an 8 inch by 8 inch square dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in and press it down evenly using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
Once set, remove from the pan and cut into 6 bars. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
